During my stay at Heart Hotel Sylvia, I was astounded by the exceptional customer service that went above and beyond when I realized I had misplaced my wallet - they located it promptly and safely returned it to me. the heating system in the room was superb, providing the perfect warmth after a day on the slopes. Watching the flat-screen TV with a variety of channels was a delightful way to unwind. the proximity to various restaurants like Golden Eagle Pub and Niki's Stadl added to the convenience, offering diverse dining options within walking distance. the overall experience, from the efficient and friendly staff to the cozy amenities, truly surpassed my highest expectations, making my stay truly unforgettable.
